A budget prize pack includes badges, spots for badges and a trophy for the winner (presented at the semi-finals), pairing cards & chart - but no mascots or 70% prizes.
Anyone qualifying for the semi-finals will have their name and school listed on the CCF web site. Anyone playing in the qualification events does so under this condition and we shall assume all schools have confirmed with parents/carers that this is acceptable.
We must receive dates of birth, first names and surnames for all players taking part, regardless of whether they appear to have qualified. This is so that our office can accurately calculate who has qualified for the semi-finals.
Results must be sent to CCF on conclusion of the tournament - at any rate by the end of April, but preferably earlier. CCF will determine who wins the trophy based on our tie-break rules. |
